Do you ship to Canada or outside the continental US?
We only ship our products inside the continental US. However, we can ship to freight forwarders who are able to transfer the product to a final destination outside of the continental US at the customer’s expense. Please note that Cabinets.com is not responsible for damaged or missing items not reported by the freight forwarding company.
Can I pick up my order?
We are unable to facilitate pick-up orders. Instead, we offer delivery to any home or business address inside the continental US, with free shipping on orders over $2,500.
Can I adjust/choose my delivery date?
We have different shipping polices for our different product collections. Most of the time, shipping carriers will accommodate as best they can to schedule a convenient delivery date. Different areas of the country can be more limited due to location. Please visit our Shipping Terms or contact our customer service team for more information.
Where is your company/manufacturer located?
Our administrative offices are located in Tampa, but our products ship out of various locations because our customers are nationwide. We do not have a showroom - the website is our showroom! We eliminate showroom costs so that we can pass on the savings to our customers.
How long does it take from the time I order cabinets until they are delivered?
Delivery times depend on the products purchased, as well as their final destination. Please see our full Shipping Terms for estimated time frames.
Do the cabinets come with installation hardware?
Different scenarios will require different types of installation hardware. Therefore, we do not supply the hardware. Please refer to your local building codes to determine what is recommended for your structure.
Can I buy the Deerfield® or Cordova cabinets unassembled?
The Deerfield and Cordova collections are only available as a fully assembled product.
Do you partner with or can you suggest any installers?
Because we ship all over the country, we are unable to recommend any installers in your specific area. We suggest searching for a local professional with cabinet installation experience and great reviews.
Can I purchase over the phone?
To protect our customers’ data, orders may only be submitted online through our secure website.
What is your price-match policy?

Do you offer special pricing for builders/contractors?

Should I feel comfortable ordering kitchen cabinets over the internet?
Many people are concerned about ordering products online. We strive to make the process as easy as possible for all our customers. We only carry the highest quality products and we stand behind everything we sell. Our cabinets are KCMA certified and our company is BBB accredited.
Do you have a showroom?
Our business is exclusively online and therefore, we do not have a showroom location that is open to the public. This is how we are able to keep our prices low for you! We offer a Sample Door program for those who want to see cabinet door styles and colors in person.
Can I use the cabinets outdoors?
We do not sell outdoor cabinets. Using our cabinets outdoors will void the warranty.
Do any of the cabinets come in other colors or finishes besides those listed on the site?
No, but we love hearing your suggestions!
Do the doors and drawers come with soft close?
All cabinet lines come standard with soft close drawers. View our Comparative Chart for further details about each cabinet line.
Do you sell just doors or drawer fronts or just cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?
We only sell complete cabinets.
Do the cabinets come in any other types of wood?
Our cabinets come in only the wood types listed on the website: Maple, Cherry, or Birch.
Can I pay extra to have glass included with my order?
We do not offer glass.
Where should I go to buy glass inserts?
We recommend finding a local glass shop. Be sure to install your cabinets first and then take the measurements for the glass inserts with you to the shop.
Are your cabinets covered by a warranty?

How do I adjust the drawers on my cabinetry?

Do you offer unfinished cabinets?
All cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and face frames come finished. All collections have unfinished sides and may require the purchase of matching finished sides or finished end panels (skins).
Are the kitchen cabinets all wood or particleboard?
All our cabinets are made from maple, cherry, or birch wood and furniture grade plywood. Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered composite material that is more stable than wood with regards to expansion and contraction. This has now become an industry standard for painted components, minimizing imperfections in the painted finish. Each cabinet style we offer has a complete specifications guide that will explain the construction of the cabinet.

Do you offer kitchen islands?
Our designers use base cabinets to construct kitchen islands.
How long does it take to get a design once I submit my design request?
Our goal is 1-2 business days. Extended lead times may occur depending on the current workload.
Can someone from Cabinets.com come to my home to take measurements?
How much does your design service cost, and are there any fees attached with the design or any commitments that I have to make?
Our design service is 100% FREE. There are no hidden fees or binding obligations. You do not need to fill out any credit card information. The only requirement is your name, email address, and phone number so that we can contact you regarding your design request and measurements. View our Design page for more information.

We use the industry leading kitchen design software.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on hardware, Rev-A-Shelf accessories, and sinks only. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping and will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do NOT accept returns on cabinets or cabinet parts - Submit a Return Request.
What if I dislike the finished product?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on individual cabinets, cabinet parts, or entire cabinet orders. Please see our refund policy above for hardware, Rev-A-Shelf accessories, and sinks.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through PayPal Credit and Affirm. PayPal Credit offers 0% financing for 6 months. Affirm loans vary between 10% and 30% APR simple interest for up to two years.
How do I sign up for financing on my order?
To use PayPal Credit: select it as your payment choice during checkout. You'll be asked to provide your date of birth and your Social Security number, and then to agree to the terms and conditions to apply for a PayPal Credit account. They will perform a credit check and you'll know within seconds if you are approved.
To use Affirm financing: sign up on the Affirm website or select Affirm as your payment method while checking out on Cabinets.com (your order must be over $2,500). When you first create an Affirm account, they will perform a ‘soft’ credit check to help verify your identity and determine your eligibility for financing. This ‘soft’ credit check will not affect your credit score.
Do I need a PayPal account to use PayPal Credit?
Yes, you do need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal Credit. However, you can sign up for an account anytime, including during checkout.
Is there an annual fee to use PayPal Credit or Affirm financing?
There is no annual fee to use PayPal Credit (see the Terms and Conditions). With Affirm, the corresponding finance charge is the only fee associated with a loan - they don’t charge late fees, service fees, prepayment fees, or any other hidden fees (see Affirm’s FAQs).
