Unfortunately with wood products, damage happens from time to time. If you include each SKU and corresponding image of the damage, we will work with the manufacturer to replace the part or cabinet.
Please complete the following steps to help expedite the replacement process:
Step 1: Photograph the Damage
Be sure to take clear photos in ample light, so we can identify and process the claim quicker. Please be aware that we cannot accept more than 10 MB of attachments per e-mail.
Step 2: Rename the Files
Please rename the photograph file name to describe its contents. For example: W2430.jpg
Step 3: Send your email to
with your Name and Order # in the subject line and an explanation of the claim with a list of damaged products/SKUs in the body of the email.
